Bikini-clad cabin crew in Ryanair 2011 calendar

“Fly Ryanair for the lowest fares and the most gorgeous girls.” That’s the promise made by the newly released Girls of Ryanair 2011 Calendar, which, as in years past, features 12 glossy photos of flight attendants in bikinis for each of the 12 months. The calendar, which costs only €10 with all proceeds going to charity, is available now for purchase onboard Ryanair’s flights.

All in the name of attention

According to Jaunted, this year the focus of the calendar was chosen by Ryanair’s passengers, who had the option of seeing the female crew, the male crew, sexy passengers or “steamy Icelandic Volcano ‘Eyjafjallajokull’” pinned up on the wall. Of course, the female crew won the popular vote and thus, they oiled up and hit the beach in Fuerteventura, in the Canary Islands, to snap the scintillating shots.

Only 10,000 calendars will be available to raise €100,000 for the charity, which this year is Germany’s Tafel, chosen by flight crew because 30 percent of last year’s calendar were sold in Germany.

And to help market the calendar, there’s even a video that shows how it was all painstakingly put together.
